Four practices, one team

Most projects touch more than one of these. An Odoo rollout needs orders from your web shop, and a Google Cloud migration changes how Workspace users sign in. Because the same people cover all four areas, nobody has to hand your problem to another vendor halfway through.

Odoo ERP

Odoo runs sales, inventory, purchasing, accounting and manufacturing from one database. We configure it around the way your company works and move your data into it.

How we work

From first call to handover

  1. Intro call

    You describe what the system has to do and what it must connect to. We tell you whether we are the right team, and whether Odoo or Google Cloud is the right tool at all.

  2. Written scope

    A document listing what will be built, what will not, the timeline and the price. Defined work gets a fixed price. Work whose scope will move gets a time-and-materials estimate.

  3. Build and review

    We build in short cycles on a staging environment you can log in to, so you test each part as it is finished instead of waiting for a final demo.

  4. Handover and support

    You get documentation and admin training. If you want us to stay on, we agree a support contract with defined response times.

Your data stays under EU law
Pilvi Cloud Company Oy is a Finnish company. When we handle personal data on your behalf, we sign a data processing agreement under the GDPR, and Google Cloud workloads can run entirely in Finland.
Our hours overlap with yours
Helsinki is one hour ahead of Berlin and two ahead of London, so a European working day is almost fully shared. Our late afternoon meets the US East Coast morning.
You get a straight answer
If a spreadsheet, an off-the-shelf app or the system you already have will do the job, we say so on the first call rather than selling you a project.
There is a larger group behind us
Pilvi is part of Winterbackwoods Group. Its companies include Louhi, a Finnish web services provider with more than 20,000 customers, so hosting, domains and software licences are available within the group.
